About Us in Brief
We’ve been creating websites for a long time — since before 2001.Â
During the last 20+ years, we have invested hundreds upon hundreds of hours learning the best ways to create ‘conversions-focused’ websites. Plus we have spent a huge amount of time and money learning highly effective Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), AI Search (Search Everywhere Optimisation – SEvO) and digital marketing. If you choose Green Valley Digital to work for you, we bring a lot of experience and expertise to the table. We will go the extra mile to be reliable, effective, efficient, professional (yet friendly) and help you achieve any goals you seek our help with.
Some of our clients simply ask us to create their website and/or graphic designs, while others request we assist with fixing their website IT issues (including SEO, email, DNS (Domain Name System) etc), while others seek our help with their business growth utilising our holistic digital strategy growth roadmap and/or digital marketing services, creativity and our own IP & initiatives.
As of 2025 we also offer a FREE website review service. If you own a website but you’re not sure if it is secure, performing at its best and/or converting as well as it should, feel free to request our experts to review your website.Â

Our Background Story
In the late 1990’s and the early 2000’s when we first started creating websites, the technology was in its infancy. Learning to create quality, complex websites took patience and persistence. We stuck with it because we believed that websites would become the centrepiece of every business’s marketing strategy. This prediction certainly came true.
It is an absolute joy for us to work for our clients, both new and old.
Each of our senior team first met in the early 2000’s while working for a media and marketing business located at Upper-Roma Street in Brisbane. We have been working together ever since.
Jay Daniells (the founder of Green Valley Digital – GVD) grew up on a farm in rural Queensland (around 4 hours drive North-west of Brisbane). The farm was started by his grandfather. It was called ‘Green Valley Grazing Company’. It is how the name ‘Green Valley Digital’ came to be.
Having had a thoroughly good time studying and working mainly in Brisbane for 11 years, Jay decided to move to Bundaberg in 2008 to be closer to his family.
It was around this time that we really started doubling-down our skills in digital marketing and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO). We estimate that we’ve each, in total, invested well over 18,000 hours learning, practicing and applying skills including:

In 2015, we officially launched Green Valley Digital. Since then, we’ve helped well over 700 people. PLUS we have helped MANY others during the 13+ years before that.
We believe in serving others. That is why Green Valley Digital exists!
These days our time is spent between Bundaberg, Wide Bay, Burnett, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane. Jay Daniells mainly stays in Bundaberg 80% of the time and we work remotely with our clients. One of our team members still lives in Brisbane and another has moved inland from Cairns. Others who sub-contract for us live in various areas of Queensland.
It is a privilege to work with, assist and help people each day. Seeing our clients achieve their goals is also a major highlight! Some amazing friendships have been formed during the last 20+ years, as well as some incredible memories. We look forward to what the next 20+ years will bring. It certainly is a fast-paced industry. The changes we have seen in 2025 alone due to AI have been astounding.
To keep up and keep ahead of the pack, we dedicate a portion of our time to ongoing self-learning, education, doing tests, etc. It’s not uncommon for Jay Daniells to get up at 4am and do 2 or 3 hours of learning before starting work for the day. This keeps us relevant and of value to the clients we serve.
Unlike other agencies, our clients are not ‘sold to’ by a Sales Rep, then palmed off to an unknown ‘web person’, or never get to speak with the same person when they phone or send a support ticket.
We work collaboratively with our clients and this leads to lasting relationships based on trust.
Yes we can, especially if it is a small website. We have very refined & unique processes and methods. This makes us fast! We also write or co-write the website content (if desired/ requested) to make it even easier.
