Prior to starting Green Valley Digital in 2015, our senior team members worked for a media, Film & TV and marketing business based at Upper-Roma Street in Brisbane. We worked for many clients of all sizes, including larger entities like Universities, Organisations and other larger business types.

No we don’t.

All work is done by our team here in Australia. You have peace-of-mind knowing your website logins are not being given to off-shore workers who could then compromise the security of your website.

Many website freelancers and agencies in Australia have off-shore teams. We don’t believe in doing this because it is NOT secure for our clients. An article about this is here.

Yes we do. Majority of the websites we create use the WordPress.org Open Source Website Engine. 

As of January 2024 WordPress powers over 43% of ALL websites globally. This number continues to grow. This and other stats can be found here. It is popular because it is so good!

We also use WooCommerce.

We can help with WIX websites (and/or similar DIY website builders). Contact us to let us know what you would like done. We can then discuss options.

If you have an existing website that uses one of these platforms, we can help. 

There are also many other website platforms in existence. We haven’t used them all but we learn quickly and can work with any website platform.

The founder of Green Valley Digital (Jay Daniells) grew up on a farm in rural Queensland. He then moved to Brisbane for 11 years when he was 17. Jay then moved back to regional and rural Queensland in 2008 to be in closer contact with his family.

We find our clients are happy with us mainly working from regional Queensland. They work with us via phone, Zoom, Viber, email, etc. It’s very rare we need to visit our clients in person, but we’re happy to do so if desired. 

Some of our team still live in Brisbane. Others have moved to various places, including inland from Cairns. 

We all enjoy going back to Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast for work trips and to catch up with friends. 

Firstly we’ll make mention that you don’t need to invest in marketing with us, if you just want a website created or some other one-off jobs done.

Investing in us doing marketing work for you is totally up to you.

There is no singular answer to what marketing budget you need. It depends on many factors including but not limited to: how much competition you have, the economy, how much growth you want, the timeframes you want the growth achieved within and a variety of other factors and variables.
