Our Bios
Below are the bios of some of our team members. Our senior-level team members (listed below) have been working together for a long time; since the early 2000’s when we worked for a film and TV, media & marketing facility at Upper Roma Street in Brisbane. We may be considered a small team, however, each of us have over 20 years of experience. We have expertise, we’re fast and we’re efficient. We get things done! Every job and every project is done correctly so you receive the best possible results!
Jay Daniells
Jay Daniells is the owner of Green Valley Digital. Jay loves serving others!
He’s an optimistic person, easy to work with and very much focused on helping clients achieve results.
Jay is a website designer/ developer, website strategist and SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) specialist. He is also a graphic designer, content writer, digital marketing all-rounder, website security officer, project manager, brand developer, coach, tutor and consultant. Plus he has drawing and art skills and many other skills.
He grew up on a farm in rural Queensland, spent 11 years studying and working in Brisbane, and now calls the Wide Bay region home.
Jay started full-time in the industry in 2002 when he accepted a role at the Upper Roma Street business. Prior to that while he was a student he took on commission jobs, sub-contractor projects, worked as a junior sign-writer (apprentice), a newspaper ads designer, an architectural model makers assistant, a storyboard artist and a bunch of other things.

Jay Donaldson
There are ‘2 Jay’s’ at Green Valley Digital but it is only a little confusing at first. Jay Donaldson is our most senior Technical IT Specialist and Systems Administrator.
Jay is extremely well versed in all things Website IT. He is a website hosting, Domain Name, business email, website security expert, Systems Administrator, consultant and specialist. He is also a website strategist.
Our clients’ and their various website hosting, domain and email configurations are in extremely safe hands. He is also creative in his own right and has very solid website development and digital marketing skills.
Jay also owns his own business JDD Pacific.
Jay has been providing web services professionally since 1996. Like Jay Daniells and Kylie Smith, he too knows you can never stop learning in this fast-paced technology industry. Jay’s LinkedIn profile is here.
Kylie Smith
Kylie Smith owns our sister-business called To The Point Productions.
Kylie is a graphic designer, artist, video & animation team leader (along with Jay Daniells), content writer and Adobe AfterEffects specialist, plus MUCH more! She is a highly skilled all-rounder who also builds websites.
Kylie also works as a consultant to those wanting to self-publish books, including print on demand.
For a few weeks each year, Kylie is also commissioned to travel and work overseas as part of the Audio Visual Team for the Betta Electrical annual conference. One of her specialist areas is creating digital assets for conferences and seminars.

Other Team Members
We have many friends who work with us as needed; animators, content publishers, editors, camera operators, proofreaders, etc. We’re all part of a creative network.
