The Background
New Age Markets is an established physical brick-and-mortar shop based in the Blue Mountains, NSW. They have had an online shop website since around 2010. A screenshot of the old website is towards the bottom of this page. In 2023 New Age Markets decided they needed a brand new online shop website built from the ground up.
The Problem
New Age Markets rebranded their business during 2023, including a new logo. They wanted a new eCommerce online shop website that reflected their branding changes. They also wanted their new online shop to integrate with the POS (Point of Sale) software they use.
Our Solution
New Age Markets provided a clear brief explaining how they wanted their new website to look. The also described what features and functionality they wanted. Some of the specific functionality requests included:
- Retaining the ability for customers to purchase using AfterPay, PayPal, Credit Card and Direct Bank Transfer
- Australia Post Shipping Calculator (which was set up in their old website)
- Click and Collect integration
- Mailing List Sign-up Forms and a Pop-up
- Gift Cards for customers to buy
- Coupons (a Coupon Code System)
- Time-saving automations
- POS software integration
