Case Study: Podiatrist Website – Hinkler Podiatry

The Background

Hinkler Podiatry were already an established business when they first contacted us in 2014. They were referred to us by a 3rd party business.

Hinkler Podiatry had a website, but it needed re-doing. It was also not mobile-phone friendly. They were also seeking assistance with email.

The Problem

There was no actual problem. Hinkler Podiatry simply requested a new professionally & strategically planned and crafted website that would assist with their next-stage business growth.

Amongst things they requested a clean and modern website design that tied in with their branding and market positioning. They also required the new website to have:

  • A Mailing List sign-up form
  • Dedicated webpages for each of their services
  • Be mobile-phone friendly
  • Staff profiles
  • Embedded Google Maps
  • Blogging platform to help them build E-E-A-T and also assist with other digital marketing strategies
  • Live Facebook Feed
  • Social media icon links
  • Visitor traffic driving strategy
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimisation

Our Solution

We worked with Hinkler Podiatry to pre-plan their new website. We then presented our strategy and early design concept, which they liked.

We then finalised the website design. Once done and approved, we built their website using modern website development methods and best-practices, including Responsive Mobile Design. We also worked in accordance with the Google Webmaster Guidelines (now called the Google Search Essentials).

We used the WordPress.org CMS (Content Management System) website engine. This was (and still is) THE BEST platform for the type of website that Hinkler Podiatry needed.

We also did SEO work and got their website ranking very well in Google.com.au for target keyword phrases that matter to them.

These targeted keyword phrases, combined with the strategic quality website (called a ‘conversions-focused performer website’) were and are part of their website traffic driving strategy. For the sake of their confidentiality, we aren’t revealing the full strategies here in this case study, nor the keyword phrases the website is targeting.

In the below screenshot, you can though see that their website is ranking in position 1 & 2 (on page 1 in Google.com.au) for many target keyword phrases. We have however blurred out the names of these phrase. This data is from our SEMRush account.

Please note: We never reveal sensitive client information in any of our case studies. That is also why we don’t reveal actual growth metrics, KPI’s and other confidential data.

Outcomes

Hinkler Podiatry are very happy with their new website. They supplied us with a testimonial (please scroll down to the bottom of this webpage to read it.) Their email is also working great!

Update: 14/01/25: The website design concept we created for Hinkler Podiatry back in 2014 is still going strong! It has played an effective part within their business. Plus it will last many years into the future. The SEO work is also still very effective!

As per any strategic website we craft, the website has provided excellent ROI (Return on Investment) over the years.
