Everyone would like to retire well. We know that people who own one or more businesses work their tails off for many years growing their business(es), with a hope that someday they can retire well; as per their retirement plans, hopes and dreams.

Standard Business-brokers have their time and place, and if you want to list your business for sale, they are certainly worth communicating with.

However, business brokers don’t usually have the skills that we have. If you give us enough lead-time we can help you grow your business so you can get the best sale price. Clients usually tell us 4 to 6 years before they are ready to sell, that they want to sell. This gives us plenty of lead-time.

Business brokers can also potentially connect you with potential buyers, however they may not have the digital marketing (and digital advertising) skills and abilities that we have, that allow us to promote and advertise that your business is for sale to highly motivated potential buyers, that may otherwise never know your business exists, let alone that it is for sale. This can be especially true if they are located hundreds of km’s from you. 

If you simply list your business is for sale with business brokers, real estates, etc, your business may be on the market for a long time. However, if you ask us to help, you might be able to sell much faster.

While we are not business evaluators, if you are looking at buying a business, we can do some investigation work to help you determine if it is over-priced or not. For example, we can look at the backlink history of any website Domain Name(s), to make sure they have not been spammed with negative SEO backlinks. We can also review and audit the website, to see if it is quality or not. If it is not quality, it will probably need to be re-designed and re-built if/when you buy the business. There are also other things (and KPI’s we can review).

We know that not everyone wants to sell their business. We also know that some people own more than one business, and/or are starting multiple businesses. They may want to keep some of these businesses, and they may want to (and plan to) sell/flip others.
