Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) is the process of increasing the performance of a website. As in, increasing the number of conversions.
For ‘service-based businesses’ it’s about converting website visitors into the maximum number of new potential customers, month in month out. For eCommerce online shop websites it’s about maximising product sales. Similarly too for membership websites, LMS (Learning Management System) eLearning digital product websites, as well or any kind of website where conversions and growth matter; including charity and/or NFP organisation websites that requests donations.
