What do the monthly fees cover?
The monthly fees pay for the website hosting costs, the renewal fee for 1x .com.au (or .com) Domain Name and the website security maintenance costs.
What if I want to use a .co or .au or another newer Domain Name extension?
You can use any Domain Name extensions that you want to.
We can register any available Domain Name for you with any extension type, including the newer .au option. We invoice you separately for each Domain Name you ask us to register.
More than one Domain Name can also be pointed to your website. We set this up correctly so Google knows which one is your Primary Domain Name.
PLUS we make sure the ‘www’ part of your website address URL is set up correctly. Learn about how many website designers neglect to do this here.
Please note: When you register one or more Domain Names with us, we auto-renew them before they expire. This ensures you never accidentally forget to renew your Domain Name… which leads to your website and your email going down, and a day or more of your time being wasted getting them back up and running again (we have literally seen people go through this headache in the past, because they did not register or transfer their Domain Name(s) to our Domain Name Registrar, even though we advised doing so.)
Can my website have more pages added?
Most definately! Your website can grow as you need it to. It can have as many pages as you want.
If/when you run Google Ads, we can also set up landing pages. Same too for online ads campaigns, SEO landing pages and all sorts of other landing page strategy types.
As a case study example, here is a link to information about a Valentine’s Day online competition we ran for a client a few years ago. Part of the campaign required us to create a simple ‘themed’ landing page.
The more you use the true and full power of your website as a marketing tool, the more ROI your website is going to provide you.
There is no limit to what can be added to your website. It can grow and scale anyway you want it to.
What about my email?
If you are already using Microsoft 365 Business for your email, or Google Workspace, we can work with your existing Email IT provider to configure the DNS, so you simply keep using your email as is.
OR you can move your email to use (many clients have chosen to do this over the years). We offer Larger iMAP and Hosted Exchange email types.
The fees to set up or move your email address(es) and the data within them to us, along with the monthly fees for hosting your email with us, are invoiced separate to the website packages. We can sometimes also provide a bespoke personalised money-saving ‘packaged’ bundled deal, depending on how many services you are utilising with us.
One of our providers also offers Microsoft 365 Business.
Will you help me write the content for my website?
We certainly can. Most clients either like us to help them write their content, or write it for them (or co-write it with them).
We have a variety of methods to make the writing process easy.
My website was built with Wix. Can you export it?
Unfortunately Wix currently does not allow you to export or move your website elsewhere.
What we can do though is easily rebuild your website using the WordPress.org website engine, and host your website with us.
We can also move your Domain Name(s) to us, and provide solutions for your email.
What happens if I want to cancel my website contract?
The answer depends on the specific package plan and option.
If you utilise one of our Month to Month options, you can cancel or move your website elsewhere once the website is paid for.
For our ’24 Month Plan’ options, if you were to cancel within the first 24 months, a cancellation fee will be issued.
This cancellation fee simply covers the initial cost of the website build. This compensates us, so we are not out of pocket. This provides fairness for you and for us.
[We don’t see why anyone would want to cancel with us, but at the same time, we don’t want you to feel ‘locked in’.]
What website platform do you use?
We often use the open source WordPress.org website CMS engine (platform). We host these websites. Our website hosting is based in Australia.
For eCommerce websites: Usually, we use either Shopify or WooCommerce, depending on the client’s requirements, needs and other factors.
We can also build sites with Duda, Webflow, Wix, Framer and other platforms, but currently they are all inferior to the WordPress.org platform.
There is good reason why over 40% of the websites in the world are built on the WordPress engine. You can read more about this here.
Can I login and update my website myself?
You sure can :).
We provide you with unique logins to your website, so you can login at any time. We also provide video tutorials. Plus we can be commissioned to provide one-2-one training/ tutoring for you and/or your staff.
You can update your website yourself very easily using the no-code drag-and-drop website editor that we provide.
What is Local SEO?
Local SEO (Local Search Engine Optimisation) helps your business show up in Google, Bing (and other Search Engines and AI Search tools) when potential customers search for the types of services and/or products your business provides in your geographic target market areas.
Without Local SEO, your business (or your website) won’t be found or discovered by people when they are searching online.
[Please don’t think that when you search your business name and it comes up in Google that this is Local SEO. This is definitely not the focus of Local SEO. That is only of benefit if people already know your business and its name exists.]
Local SEO helps people discover your business when they DON’T yet know it exists. This is why SEO is a POWERFUL form of marketing.
Amongst things, it improves your visibility in local search results, Google maps, the Google ‘Map 3 Pack’, Google AI Overview and other search tools, so that more people in your target area:

- Trust your business enough to want to contact you
- Make contact with your business
Without Local SEO, your competitors (who are using Local SEO) are getting job enquiries and winning work that you don’t even know about. As in, you’re missing out on opportunities.
Do you also provide Nationwide SEO?
We certainly do. We have over 15 years SEO experience. We are up to date with SEO and have advanced SEO campaign methods that we use.
We also do PR and Journalism style SEO outreach, provide excellent linkbuilding and citations services and everything else needed to achieve excellent SEO results. Someone else did Local SEO for my website, but I don't get many website enquiries. Why?
Some people with Local SEO skills are better than others. If the Local SEO work is not great, that could be the problem (or part of it).
Even if really great Local SEO work has been done, if your website does not impress people, does not make an impression, does not stand out from your direct competitors and/or does not represent your business correctly (to show how great your business is), you won’t receive many enquiries. Your competitors will be getting them instead.
